In this session we will dive into the history of our Principal Coaching service at ESU 7. First implemented five years ago, this service continues to be one of the most popular supports offered by our Professional Development department. Come and hear about how we identified this service as a need and crafted the structure of coaching conversations, selected our coaching framework, and how we continue to connect our work with the Nebraska Teacher and Principal Performance Standards.
